Shipping & returns

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns

If Off Duty Bakuchiol Eye Cream isn't right for you, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

• The product must be unopened and unused. Because of the personal nature of skincare, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used items — unless the product arrived damaged or defective (see below).
• Proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email) is required.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except for damaged, defective, or mis-shipped orders, which we cover in full.

To start a return, email us at offdutyfix@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll send instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5-7 buisness days. You'll get an email confirming the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at offdutyfix@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no return shipping needed on our end.
